What is your transportation policy?
All orders can enjoy free delivery and return.

All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, except for holidays. The general order processing time is 1-2 days, and the transportation time takes 7-14 working days.

Some remote areas may take longer to get.

How do I track my order?

Will my order be completed in a package?
In order to send the product as soon as possible, your order may be shipped multiple times. However, you will only receive one confirmation email; you will receive two orders containing tracking information and shipping emails.

How to edit or cancel my online order?
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after the order is submitted during normal business hours. Please contact the online customer service to confirm the cancellation of the order.
